Sway looks a very interesting runner in the National Spirit at Fontwell (3.35) and is fancied to make a winning start for her new connections.
The four-year-old filly won four of her six starts over hurdles at Auteuil when trained by Guy Cherel in France, and her wins included listed events which are usually of a very high standard.
She has since been bought by J P McManus and joined the powerful Jonjo O'Neill yard, and it's interesting that Tony McCoy has decided to stay at home and partner her when he could have had four rides for JP over in Ireland.
The filly gets in today's contest with a huge age/sex weight allowance, and she is also proven in testing conditions.
Everything points to a huge run, and at the odds on offer she makes plenty of appeal to prevent the gallant Lough Derg landing a hat-trick of victories in the event.
*Sway is currently a top priced 5-1 with Betfred and Coral
