Stumped looks to have been given a fine chance by the handicapper in the 6.55 at Fontwell this evening.
The gelding has been very moody and disappoitning over fences of late, but is now 17lb lower than when scoring over hurdles at this time last year.
He showed that he handles this track well when scoring over today's distance back in May, and the switchback to the smaller obstacles has every chance of springing him back to life.
If it does, then he will be extremly difficult to beat off his current mark.
