Solwhit is back in the running for next Tuesday's Champion Hurdle after scoping clean following a workout this morning.
Charles Byrnes' five times Grade 1 winner had been a major doubt for the race since scoping badly and coughing on Monday.
But the six-year-old pleased his handler with a breeze up the gallops this morning and was afterwards given a clean bill of health.
He is due to travel over to Britain by ferry tonight, and connections will check him out fully on Tuesday morning before allowing him to take his chance.
Bookmaker reaction to the news was swift with most firms trimming him a point. He is now generally a 5-1 shot although there are still bits and pieces of 6-1 available.
