Robin Soderling won his second round match in France today but it was a close call against Sergiy Stakhovsky who took the first set on a tie break and only lost the second and third by three and four respectively. Stakhovsky was only broken twice and maybe worth looking at as an early round possible for hard indoor tournaments.
Sorderling didn't perform as well as he did last week in Rotterdam and he will have to improve to land a second successive title.
