It hasn't taken long. On Sunday the Championship season finished with Blackpool getting the last play-off slot and Sheffield Wednesday getting relegated to Division One. Today Coventry have sacked Chris Coleman after two years in the hot seat.
Upto March Coventry looked as if they had a great shout of making the play-offs but they have fallen away and haven't looked at the winners menu for the last 11 matches. The 4-0 home defeat to Watford on Sunday was the final straw for Ray Ransom, following a board meeting yesterday Coleman will spend the summer looking at the situations vacant column.
