The former advised at 9-1, landed an almighty plunge into 9-2 favourite, whilst Teeming Rain battled on bravely to land his second successive Devon National at 9-1 after we highlighted him as being a handicap "good thing".
The double, which paid 99-1, rounded off a terrific day of 100 per cent success which kicked off with our guest columinst Peter Scudamore's nap Miss Nightshade, advised at 7-4, winning the opener at an SP of 6-4.
