Pandorama, who had been as short as 10-1 for the RSA, is set to miss the Cheltenham Festival after pulling a muscle.
The Noel Meade trained seven-year-old is unbeaten in three starts over fences, and had been the big hope of Ireland to topple the Nicky Henderson duo of Punchestowns and Long Run.
Speaking at Navan, Meade told Attheraces: "He's highly unlikely to run. He pulled a muscle the other morning during work. He is responding well to treatment and is walking sound. Hopefully we'll have him back for Fairyhouse and Punchestown."
