Betfair customers have made Alex Reid the least likely contestant to win Celebrity Big Brother, with Jordan’s cage-fighting beau now a huge 33-1 to emerge victorious.
Upon entering the house, Reid was a 19-1 shot to win, although his early antics, including delusions of grandeur such as becoming the next James Bond, have clearly perturbed bettors who have subsequently deserted him.
Jonas Altberg is the new favourite to win the show at 3-1, with punters seemingly impressed after he selflessly refused Big Brother’s request to put sand in a fellow contestant’s bed.
Vinnie Jones (4-1) and Stephanie Beacham (6-1) are also in with a shout of success, although the same cannot be said of Dane Bowers and Nicola Tappenden who are at 15-1 and 29-1 respectively.
Betfair spokesman Ari Last said: “Alex Reid is really struggling right now and our customers feel that his chances of winning the show are about as bleak as his chances of becoming the new 007.”
