To be honest there isn’t to much outright value left in the Open market today. The big question is any of the leading contenders capable of shooting a 66 or better. The way Darren Clarke is striking the ball this week means that he will shoot par or better but his putting will prevent him from handing in a really low card. In the leading group two players come of the page as likely contenders. Big Phil as we all know can put a final round together but this is factored into his price at around the 20/1 mark. Another “run” player is Anthony Kim who shot a magnificent 70 yesterday. He has suffered from injuries throughout the past year and whilst there has been a few false dawns perhaps today might be the day. At 40/1 he is worth a small puntinplay
