Kauto Star will face 10 rivals as he bids for a third win in Friday's totesport Cheltenham Gold Cup.
Paul Nicholls' 10-year-old reclaimed his crown 12 months ago when he beat stablemate and 2008 winner Denman, and is currently a best priced 8-11 to confirm the placings.
Denman, who crashed out in his prep race at Newbury, is a 4-1 shot.
As well as the "big two", Nicholls will also be represented by Aon winner Tricky Trickster (16-1) and last year's fifth My Will (100-1)
Last year's Ryanair winner Imperial Commander (8-1) will represent the Nigel Twiston-Davies team, whilst Cooldine is the sole Irish challenger for Willie Mullins and is attracting serious each-way support at 9-1.
Carruthers (50-1), Calgary Bay (100-1), Mon Mome (150-1) and rank 500-1 outsiders Cerium and Mr Pointment complete the line-up.
