Stan James make Rip Van Winkle their 2/1 favourite for Juddmonte International (from 6/4) and have introduced Dick Turpin at 4/1 for the York feature.
Richard Hannon's colt was this morning supplemented into the Group One contest at a cost of £60,000.
Having finished runner-up in the English and French Guineas, as well as the St James's Palace Stakes behind stablemate Canford Cliffs, he finally landed his elusive Group One in the Prix Jean Prat at Chantilly last month.
"John Manley, who owns him, has decided that the horse owes him nothing and wanted to have a crack so here we go," said Hannon.
"He's playing with what he's won. He's been a tremendous little horse so far and we are keeping him on for next year, obviously, so it will be very interesting to see if he gets the mile and a quarter.
"As long as the ground is something like good, it will be fine."
Stan James' Head of PR Charlie McCann said: " Dick Turpin will be looking for a more pleasant experience on the Knavesmire than his namesake who was executed at the course in the 18th century, but his supplementary entry is a fascinating addition to the probable line up and it now looks a very high-class renewal. We have pushed out Rip Van Winkle to 2/1, Byword to 3s and Twice Over to 5s and introduced the Hannon three-year-old at 4/1.""
