What a great night it was for Puntinplay followers at Romford on Champion Stakes final night ! Following an ante post one-two in Romford's Golden Sprint, we did the business when Raving Black, advised ante post at 5/1 as a maximum each way bet, duly romped home in the final. Our only other selection was Centurion Enry advised at 20/1, who ran on to snatch third to land the each way part of the bet.
I advised to stick with strong stayers as there are always plenty of non staying entries in these six bend competitions at Romford.
The Romford Puppy Cup gets underway Monday 13th September, where Rayving Giovanni looks unbeatable, at a best priced 4/7 for outright honours.
