The Bridgestone Invitational Golf today is the subject of a poor weather forecast with the potential of thunderstorms later in the day. For this reason the organisers have pulled forward the tee-off times, split the field to start on front and back nine and will run three balls for today only.
Essentially this means that the first groupings on holes 1 and 10 will tee off at 12 noon UK time but the leaders will go out two hours later at 2pm, well ahead of the original schedule. Simon Dyson who is in rich form following his win in Ireland shot a 66 yesterday after a poor first round. At 11/8 he looks a strong puntinplay to win his group. We would also want to take on Graeme Mc Dowell. Once again after a good first round he looks to be faltering. He is a lay in play.
