Ryan Harrison the 18 year old American can make it to the last eight of the Newport Open in the US tonight where he looks to have a straight forward task against Denis Kudla, who is ranked some 400 places below the confirmed grass court player.
Both players received wild card for the tournament and could well be future prospects. At this stage of development we rate Harrison the better prospect and his first round victory will have built u his confidence. He is a best priced 1.44 for today’s encounter and as they have never met before there are no head to head stats.
To make a reasonable return on the investment we advise a Harrison Mahut double. The Frenchman, another wild card entry, had a tough first round encounter with Falla but eventually won through 6-3,1-6, 6-3. He is a best priced 1.48 for his match with the Canadian from Niagara Falls Frank Dancevic. Both players have seen better days in terms of World rankings but Mahut has the better recent form.
