Quicker ground saw Current Event bolt up last time out and he is strongly fancied to follow-up in the opener at Cheltenham (2.10)
Paul Nicholls' four-year-old made a promising start over hurdles when second in juvenile at Auteuil in May but susbequently seemed to get booged down in the mud.
However he looked a really smart prospect when coming back from a break to score at Newbury on better ground last last month and he looks one to keep on the right side now that he has conditions in his favour.
