We don't make a massive play on French Football but there is no doubt that Lyon are the value bet in tonight's clash with Bordeaux.
Bordeaux are having a grande mare of a run at the moment. They were home and ready to take a shower in the French Premier League at Christmas but since then the wheels have fallen off. In their last eight league games they have won just two matches and sit in 12th place in the current form table. Lyon are third but perhaps more importantly they have lost just once since the Christmas break and have the best away record in France. They were fortunate to get a late penalty in the first leg but they take a two goal advantage into the second leg which should really suit a counter attacknig side who won at Anfield earlier in the competition.
Bordeaux have lost their last three games and on current form you have to go with Lyon. They could easily go in again with a 3-1 scoreline, which looks to big at 41 with Corals
