Werder Bremen are on the opposite of a roll. At one time the "Becks" boys were on course for a serious Bundesliga challenge but since October their form has been very poor.
Bremen have lost their last five games and haven't won since a 6-0 victory over Freiburg on the 21st November . However when you look at the teams they have played the run isn't as bad as it first appears. They played very well in the 3-2 defeat against Bayern and lost close calls games against Schalke and Hamburg.
Berlin have had a dreadful season. A day one victory over Hanover represented their only three points during the first half of the season. Their second win was against the same team in January and the second half of the season has begun promisingly. A the win has been augmented by two no scoring draws.
Both teams will make changes. Thomas Schaaf will withdraw a few players to take them out of the firing line but the Herta Berlin coach has had changes enforced. Funkel is without Kacar and Dardai and their is a concern about the goalkeeper Drobny. He faces a late fitness test.
At 1.5 with Skybet we think Bremen will start their rehabilitation against Berlin. At 29 we think 3-2 for Bremen could be the correct score value.
