Alex Reid is now the odds-on favourite to win Celebrity Big Brother tomorrow night, with Betfair customers believing that a remarkable turnaround is on the cards.
Cage fighter Reid came into the house vilified over his on-off relationship with glamour model Jordan, however he appears to have won the public over, and his odds have subsequently shortened from 69-1 early on, to just 4-5 going into Friday’s final.
Challenging Reid for one of reality TV’s most treasured crowns are Dane Bowers (4-1) and former long-term favourite Vinnie Jones (5-1). Jonas Altberg (13-1) and Stephanie Beacham (25-1) are also in the running, although punters believe that they stand little chance of success.
Betfair spokesman Ari Last said: “Alex Reid’s renaissance is startling. He entered the house a villain, yet now looks set to leave a hero.”
