Methayel looks to have a golden chance of following up her recent course and distance win in the 3.35 at Brighton today.
Clive Brittain’s filly came good at the sixth time of asking when readily beating Bedibyes by 3/4 of a length at the Sussex track last week and a 4lb penalty is unlikely to prevent her going in again.
She was always travelling like a winner that day and after quickening into the lead a furlong from home only had to be pushed out with hands and heels for a cosy victory.
She was value for much more than the winning margin, and now that she has got her head in front she looks the type who will continue to progress and win more races in this grade.
Today's opposition doesn't look up to much and at 7/2 she looks the best bet on the card.
Recommended bet: 4pts win Methayel (7/2 generally available - BOG)
