14/1 George too well treated to ignore

Harrison George has slipped to a decent mark and looks solid each-way value at 14/1 in the 3.05 at York. Richard Fahey's gelding won four times at up to a mile in 2010, including at this track, and is now a massive 16lb below his last winning mark. That victory came in a listed contest at Redcar where he battled on gamely to beat Eton Rifles by a length. He shaped as if he was about to cash-in on the handicappers leniency when an eye-catching fourth at Ayr on his penultimate start, and his last run over 1m 1f can be ignored as the trip is clearly beyond him. Today's 1 mile journey is ideal, and if he can run up to anywhere near his best then he must go close. At 14/1 he looks cracking each-way value. Recommended bet: 2pts each-way Harrison George (14/1 generally available - BOG firms)
